Bmore NOMA X DC NOMA

Harriet Tubman Bus Trip

Join DCNOMA & Bmore NOMA for a meaningful Juneteenth journey to the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center on June 27, 2026.

Together, we’ll travel to the landscapes that shaped Harriet Tubman’s extraordinary legacy of courage, freedom, and resistance while celebrating community, history, and liberation. Through this shared experience, we hope to reflect on the enduring impact of Black history and the importance of preserving the stories and places that continue to inspire future generations.

"It took a great deal of skill and creativity and imagination to build the kind of situation we have, and it is going to take skill and imagination and creativity to change it. We are going to have to have people as committed to doing the right thing, to inclusiveness, as we have in the past to exclusiveness."
