2023 BMORE NOMA SUMMER COOKOUT

It's summer time which means it's time to bring back our family-friendly cookout hosted by BmoreNOMA! Calling all members, NOMAS members, and non-members - we're celebrating with our Baltimore community at the Plantation Park Heights Urban Farm (PPHUF).

This event WILL SELL OUT, so register ASAP!

Registration includes classic BBQ entrees (including vegetarian), PPHUF-fresh homemade medleys, beverages (alcoholic/ non-alcoholic), and desserts.

PPHUF's resident-DJ will be providing the sounds for the whole evening, so come ready for a good time! While you're there, plan to check out Morgan State University SA+P students' final installation as designed in collaboration with the farmers at PPHUF!

ABOUT PLANTATION PARK HEIGHTS URBAN FARM: PPHUF was born out of a group of Caribbean/American citizens’ desire to effect change and have a positive impact on the lives of young adults that reside in the Park Heights community in Baltimore, Maryland. After a number of consultations and meetings with other community groups, Farmer Chippy and the PPHUF team decided that instead of attempting to repeat or compete with the current organizations or non-profits, it would be better to form partnerships and share resources so as to achieve the same goals.
