Join DCNOMA and Bmore NOMA on Saturday, June 27, 2026, for a meaningful Juneteenth journey to the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center in Church Creek, Maryland.
Together, we'll travel through the landscapes that shaped Harriet Tubman's extraordinary legacy of courage, freedom, and resistance while celebrating community, history, and liberation. This shared experience offers an opportunity to reflect on the enduring impact of Black history and the importance of preserving the stories and places that continue to inspire future generations.
In addition to exploring the visitor center, attendees will participate in a 1 LU|HSW continuing education program presented by Chris Elcock, Principal at GWWO Architects and project lead for the award-winning Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center.
