Stephanie Walker

Bio
Stephanie Walker, Assoc. AIA, NOMA Assoc., is a Project Designer at Moseley with over five years of experience. A graduate of Morgan State University, she holds a B.S. in Architecture and Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture. Her work spans multifamily and affordable housing, commercial, nonprofit, and preservation/renovation projects.
A passionate advocate for affordable housing, preservation in the African American community, and African American women in architecture, Stephanie is committed to expanding opportunity within the profession. She founded Moseley’s HBCU Initiative and leads its HBCU Outreach Committee, strengthening relationships with the seven HBCUs offering architecture degrees through internships, scholarships, and recruitment efforts.
Stephanie has also championed Moseley’s involvement with NOMA, tripling membership in its first year and helping team members attend the 2024 NOMA Conference. As Chair of Project Pipeline for Bmore NOMA, she has helped secure sponsorships and organize programming. Her leadership and dedication were recently recognized with the President’s Award for Member of the Year.
